Good evening everyone! Today my thoughts went to the Bohemian look. I love adding a few touches of modern to it. So with that said, here is the Bomod (Bohemian/Modern) look.
The top is from Alloy. I went with the MAYA CROCHET TANK. It has an open-back tank with crochet detail. Very sexy and it has a very low back to show a lot of skin.
For the bottom I went with a three-tired skirt also from Alloy. The TIERED KNIT SKIRT is a jersey knit pull-on skirt in a mineral wash. It's Very long but has that bohemian feel to it.
On the Newport News website. The Mid-calf cowboy boot is a very short heel but the color adds a contrasting effect to the top and the skirt. It's made with a scrunched shaft. Almond toe, 2" stacked-look heel. Leather-look.
For the modern twist, I added a Women's Essential One-Button Blazer from Old Navy. It has a notched lapel, puff shoulders, flap welt pockets in front, decorative buttons at cuffs, 3" vent in back, fully lined and hits at waist.
Another modern twist is the LOVE Letter Studs from Forever 21. Chain Accompanied Ring Set is a nice set also, it comes with a set of 5. The mix and match our set of high polished metal rings featuring smooth and pressed textures and a chain-centered with lacquer-filled background ring design
The bag also adds that modern touch, Poppie Jones Crushed Bon Bon Zip Around Wristlet. •Glazed synthetic wristlet with tonal accents It has an all around zipper closure, removable 6" wrist strap, exterior front pocket with buckled flap closure, full length back zippered pocket, nylon lining with two full length slip pockets, six credit card slots with ID window and removable shoulder strap adjusts to 15" drop.
